As a Clear Lake native, I’ve spent most of my life on and around the water. Between owning a local marina and boat rental company, I’ve had the chance to see firsthand what makes this place so special—and why people keep coming back year after year.

Nautical Roots came from wanting to create something Clear Lake has been missing: an elevated place to stay that feels connected to the lake, the community, and the experience of being here.

We’re building a collection of thoughtfully designed cabins where guests can slow down, spend time on the water, explore town, and enjoy Clear Lake from a place that feels like part of the destination itself.
